1. When will the goods be delivered to me?
The goods we have in stock will be delivered to you in 5 - 10 working days (with the help of cheaper transport). DHL Express, which we also offer for a surcharge, will deliver the goods to you on the next business day of receipt of the order. You can see our shipping price article by clicking here.

2. Where are the goods shipped from?
All goods in our shop are shipped from our own warehouses in the Czech Republic.

3. Don't I have to worry about buying from your store?
You don't have to. Our company has been selling products since 2017 and we have all the goods in our range purchased and stored in our own warehouse in the Czech Republic. We currently have over 2 000 watches in stock that we can ship to customers immediately. You can also check out our store reviews by clicking here or here.

4. What are the customs fees?
It is possible that you will be charged a small fee in the form of a duty of approx. 2%. However, we have experience that in 99% of cases the goods are delivered and the carrier does not charge back customs or other fees.

5. Can I return or exchange the goods?
Yes, you can return or exchange the goods at any time within 14 days of the delivery of your order. It is necessary that the goods are unused and in their original packaging - as when they were delivered to you.

6. Are the goods original?
Yes, we buy all the goods we offer directly from the manufacturers. The goods are delivered with a cover letter, warranty card, instructions and in the original box. We have permission from our manufacturers to ship worldwide.

7. Do I get a warranty on the goods?
All goods purchased in our shop are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase.

8. Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, if you would like to make a change to your order, please email us at info@aurifo.com as soon as possible.

9. What if I can't complete my order?
Please contact us at our email info@aurifo.com and we will attend to you as soon as possible.

10. When will my order be shipped?
We ship orders every business day except holidays and vacations. If you place an order before 12:00pm it will be packed and shipped the same day.

11. Where can I find proof of order?
We only send proofs in electronic form. You will find the proof in the email informing you that we have forwarded the shipment to the carrier for delivery. Alternatively, email us at info@aurifo.com.

12. What defects can I complain about?
In general, it is possible to claim for functional defects. Normal wear and tear and defects caused by faulty operation or mechanical wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

13. How long will it take to resolve a claim?
We will settle the claim as soon as possible, but at the latest within 30 days.

14. I did not receive a confirmation email after completing my order.
If you did not receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, it is quite likely that you did not enter the email correctly. In this case, please contact us at info@aurifo.com and we will manually correct the email.
