How to proceed with a complaint
Have you purchased an item in our store and it stopped working or was otherwise damaged? Take a picture or a short video of the defect and fill in the complaint form below. After filling out the form, your case will be assessed by our company and possibly sent to the manufacturer. Our company will contact you by email within 3 - 4 business days of submitting the form. You must send us a photo or video to ensure a proper and fast claim processing.
